NZAIA Constitution, 2025
By April 2026, NZAIA will have to re-register with the Companies Office as an Incorporated Society under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. That requires the Association to ensure its Constitution complies with the Act; accordingly, the Core Group has been working for the last three years to review and revise the existing Constitution to meet the requirements of the new legislation.
In December 2025, the draft revised Constitution prepared by the Core Group, and made available to members for comment on two occasions, was accepted by members at the 2025 AGM.
