NZAIA is now an Affiliate Organisation of the Royal Society Te Apārangi. The RSNZ Council approved our application of 28th September 2017.
NZAIA Annual Conference
NZAIA will not be holding a separate conference this year: instead we are supporting and contributing to the EIANZ conference in Wellington (details below). We encourage all NZAIA members to consider contributing or attending the conference, and help consolidate our links with EIANZ.
AGM 2017: This year the AGM is not linked with our own annual conference: instead NZAIA is supporting the EIANZ conference at Te Papa, Wellington, next week (30-31 October). The AGM will be starting at 5.15pm in the Rangimarie room in Te Papa, and an agenda has previously been circulated to members (and is on our website). Wellington members can join us for the AGM: you do not have to be attending the conference, so if you are able to get to Te Papa, you will be very welcome. However, we are aware that there are likely to be fewer members at the conference compared with a usual NZAIA meeting; so we are trialling use of the Zoom videoconferencing software, which will allow any member to join the meeting via the Internet.
For information on how to join the AGM using Zoom, go to the AGM 2017 page.
