NZAIA 2016: call for poster presentations
The 2016 NZAIA Conference at Lincoln University 8–9 December will follow the format of a series of invited presentations and discussions. There is, however, an opportunity for any participant to offer a poster paper. Students in particular are encouraged to participate in this way. It is an excellent opportunity to present and discuss your work in a supportive atmosphere.
Poster presentations can be on any aspect of impact assessment, but where possible the conference theme should be addressed.
In addition to the poster please prepare a written summary of 1–2 pages.
Please submit your poster title no than Friday 2 December 2016 so we can include it in the programme – note at least one author must be registered for the conference to have the poster accepted for the programme.
The space allowed for each poster is approximately 1 metre wide and 1 metre high (A1 is a good size). There will be mounting material available on site (tape etc). Please remember that the poster should be readable from a distance of at least one metre. Note that participants will find it useful to take away an A4 copy of your poster, your summary and your contact information.
Poster summaries will be included in the conference proceedings on line and you are asked to have a copy available for the conference organisers on memory stick for that purpose.
You will be presenting your poster in the lunchtime poster session. At this time you are asked to stand by your poster and discuss it with anyone interested.
