UnIntended Consequences: Impact assessment for sustainable regional futures
Postgraduate Student Scholarships
New Zealand Association for Impact Assessment (NZAIA) is offering three postgraduate student scholarships to support their attendance at the NZAIA 2018 conference. Applicants should be post-graduate students in a New Zealand tertiary education institution with an interest in impact assessment (IA) (e.g. current or recent course in IA; current or recent IA research, etc.).
The successful applicants will receive a free conference registration, including the conference dinner, free accommodation near the function centre, and NZAIA will reimburse reasonable travel expenses (on production of receipts) up to a value of $300. One year student membership of NZAIA is also included.
Successful applicants will be asked to assist with rapporteur duties over the two days of the conference, and will be expected to attend the NZAIA AGM, at the end of day 1. They will also contribute a short item for the monthly NZAIA enews early in 2019, reflecting on aspects of the conference they found particularly interesting and useful.
